apple, orange, potato, plum, cherry. They are all names of fruits except 'potato', so 'potato' is underlined as it does not belong with the others. A certain tank holds 20 gallons of water. When a tap over it is turned on water flows from it into the tank at the rate of 4 gallons a minute. When a plug in the bottom of the tank is pulled out water drains away from the tank at the rate of 6 gallons a minute. Now answer these questions: 1. With the tank empty and the plug in, the tap is turned on. How many minutes will it take to fill the tank? minutes 2. With the tank full, the tap is turned on and the plug pulled out. Should your results indicate you may be eligible for membership of Mensa, we will retain your personal details for administration purposes, including your test score. If your result does not indicate you may be eligible to join the society, we will remove your personal details from our records after a period of time which will be determined by our financial legal obligations. Please note that after your personal details have been removed we may still retain your test results in an anonymous form for research purposes.
