Timp de preparare: 15 minute

Ingrediente:

Oua - 2 buc; bere - 500 ml; faina; sare; piper

Mod de preparare:

Ouale se spala si se trec prin jet de apa rece, dupa care se sparg intr-un castron si se amesteca
cu telul adaugand berea, faina, sarea si piperul continund amestecarea, adaugand faina pana
obtinem o compozitie asemanatoare unei smantani mai groase. Observatii: acest besamel se
foloseste la impanarea gujoanelor de pui, vita s-au porc, punem bere pentru a fragezi carnea.
