Beta Operation New Winds has been voided and discontinued by order of LSES-01-01. The After Action Report follows. Key Personnel. CC Lightsey (LSES-01-01), DC Hinchcliff (LSES-01-02), Cpt Rodgers (LSES-01-03), DC Meyer (LSES01-04), Lt V’Soske (LSES-02-01), Sgt Rebello (LSES-02-02), Sgt Barber (LSES-03-06). Synopsis. Beta Operation New Winds was established and published 25 September 2013, executed by CC Lightsey to implement tasks and assignments necessary for new platform operation establishment to develop, publish and begin training for events and operations as well as event and operation procedures. Only tasks 1,1, 1,2, 1,3, 1,5, 1,6, 2, and 6 were completed. Complications occurred with other tasks because of detrimental events to their platform, as well as compilations of other exterior tasks other than those in this beta operation. It is considered a success on behalf of what the key personnel could accomplish in their assignments. Problem Areas. Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation Network servers and platform were incapable of hosting valid operations as of the time of this beta operation. Conclusion. All operations are paused and delayed to resume on 10 October 2013 pending platform capability and opposite of details of the Grand Theft Auto V PlayStation Network servers and platform mentioned in the problem areas.
