Yes, you are right it is not surah Nahl(surah# 16) but Surah NAMAL, surah number 27; the ayat number is right.

kion yar tum log asay. tum musalman ho tumhara business Allah k sath hai kia tum invest nahen karogay?? kia Allah k rasoolon ko nahen maloom tha k yahan azaab aay ga tu kia woh sab chor kar bhag gay kia unhon nai mana kardia invest karnay se. tum invest karogay apnay kirdar se apnay maal se apni sachai se or tumhari investment se yeh jo azab hai isse yeh pori qoom bachay gi. or Allah ehtareen badla denay wala hai her investment ka.
