Y ou are raising three y oung children as a single parent while also working full time. Y ou're talking to a coworker who say s that it must be hard for y ou. It is, but y ou're able to surv iv e. Y ou say this in response. Y ou know what they say: where there's a will, there's a way.

You know what they say:
When y ou want to repeat a famous prov erb or say ing, introduce it by say ing "Y ou know what they say :" For ex ample: Y ou know w hat they say: if it's not broke, don't fix it! Y ou know w hat they say: absence makes the heart grow fonder. It's common just to say the first part of the famous say ing. Ev ery one knows the rest of it, so it's not necessary to say it all. For ex ample: Y ou know w hat they say: When in Rome... The rest of the say ing is "When in Rome, do as the Romans."

Where there's a will, there's a way.
This is a famous say ing. It means that y ou can accomplish any thing if y ou work hard. In this case, "will" means a strong motiv ation to accomplish something. So y ou can understand the phrase to mean "If y ou hav e a strong motiv ation to accomplish something, there's a way to accomplish it."
