ePortfolio has an exceptionally attractive and usable layout. It is easy to locate all important elements. Content is well organized using headings and navigation that is clearly labeled and consistently placed to allow user to move easily back and from from one page to another. White space, graphic elements and/or alignment are used effectively to organize material. Documents load within the ePortfolio quickly and seamlessly. All required work is included and selected artifacts and work samples directly relate to the purpose of the ePortfolio.

ePortfolio has a useable layout. It is relatively easy to locate all important elements. Content is organized and navigation is functional (same as a 4)

ePortfolio lacks a useable layout with content and navigation confusing. Major instructional design elements missing. Documents are difficult to view.
