Ms. Victoria Savage, Council Clerk City of Willoughby Hills 35405 Chardon Road Willoughby Hills, OH 44094 Dear Ms. Savage, I have decided to retire from my position as Councilman at-Large for the City of Willoughby Hills at the end of my current term. In order to comply with parameters instituted by the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, my resignation actually will be effective on November 30, 2013. It has been my pleasure to serve on the City Council of Willoughby Hills and I would like to thank you, and everyone involved in the city government, for the support provided me during my years of service.
