Introduction Our system is faculty monitoring system that monitors the attendance, analyze faculty performance through Relative Performance and Improvement reports of the faculty staff and also their skills requirements in faculty qualifications maintain contract documents and define triggers to remind faculty administrator and designations. The faculty monitoring is used to monitor the faculty members information and Maintain contract documents and define triggers to remind faculty and administrators access requisite skill sets as detailed out by the management, and identify knowledge gaps maintain comprehensive faculty information including qualifications and skill sets faculty suitability for courses is intelligently identified and suggested based on subject requirements and faculty qualifications. Nowadays information technology is very important because of the fast innovation of the companies, and education. The system caters the monitoring part of the faculty. The system can help the school to easily identify who did not teach in the class and the systems can help monitor the reports of every teacher and schools such as performance attendance and the teacher s class that he/she not attended. The system focus on monitoring the faculty of the school this system is best used to be able to know if each of the persons involved in the faculty really doing its job or not and to be able to monitor the faculty staffs late and absences and the performance of the faculty staff. And to monitor faculty staff, faculty scheduling and faculty advising.

A. SIGNIFICANCE AND SCOPE OF THE PROJECT

The importance of this project is to monitor the faculty staff. The system has two levels of access, one for the user and one for the administrator. This is a local community Faculty Monitoring System. Only the administrator has privileged to archive the information of the student. Faculty reports will be generated automatically, it maintain proper format, whenever a student visit at the school. The system maintains records of each faculty staff that admitted to the school. Printing of reports is included in the system. The proposed Collection System used Java application which is netbeans7.3.1-javase-windows. This software is used in developing the design of

user interfaces which required jdk-6-windows-i586 installer. The proponent used MySQL as its back end and mysql-connector-java-5.1.22bin to connect to the database. In case of any malfunction or crash, the data is still available on another disk.

The existence of the problems was identified by the users of the system. Problems such as redundancies of work, manual monitoring the faculty members and slow flow of inputting date are in reality. Those problems are said to be serious due to the fact that school administrator is involved. The administrator is responsible for monitoring the faculty members. If the administratorignores those problems, there is a possibility that bigger problems will exist from those small problems thus unsatisfactory situation in monitoring the faculty information.

They dont have a running system they only using manual system. And their manual system the problem is when the file is lost For example the list of students that they have written in the registration cards and if its lost all the files and documents is not able to use. And slow recording the files of each faculty members.
