Chocolate Mousse

½ cup cocoa 1/3 cup butter 1/3 cup honey 4 eggs, separated 600ml cream

1. Gently heat the cocoa, butter, and honey in a small saucepan until melted. 2. Cool slightly before adding egg yokes. 3. Whip cream and carefully fold in chocolate mix. 4. In a very clean, grease-free bowl, whip egg whites till stiff peaks form. 5. Gently fold into cream mixture. 6. Refrigerate until set. 7. Enjoy (by far the most important)
