SYSTEM ANALYSIS

System Summary: The Super Entertainment involves creating a Web application that will implement automation in ticket booking and related services.

The website interface for customers will enable them to: View details of currently running movies. Register with the website to become a member. Book tickets online after logging in successfully. Provide service related feedback & suggestions. Change their password. The website interface for employees will enable them to: Check the reference number given by the customer. Allot tickets to the customers who provide a valid reference number. Change their password.

SYSTEM ANALYSIS

The website interface for the administrators will enable them to: Enter details of movies being shown in various theaters. View the feedback given by the customers. Change their password.

Super Entertainment cinemas is obviously one of the most reputed peers in the theatre industry, known for it's High-definition picture quality and clarity. The much awaited multiplex has been launched with hi-tech facilities, hoping to gain popularity and public support in the long run.
The theater includes online booking where you can book the tickets for the theater online, which adds to the convenience of the public, thereby generating more revenue to the organization. The proposed system will use the database to obtain details of customers, shows and related amenities.

CONCLUSION

Thus we have developed a full-fledged, effective automated system that processes the e-booking transactions and maintains users details, thereby providing a user-friendly & flexible interface.
