IV NURSING STUDENTS AT POBLACION III, TAGBILARAN CITY Placement: Inclusive Dates: Time: 2ND Semester of SY 2012-2013 January 14-16, 2012 (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) 8:00am 4:00pm

Course Description: This is a community plan which focuses on Level IV students assigned in Poblacion III, Tagbilaran City to develop and enhance their acquired knowledge, skills, and attitude towards caring for community, family, & individual client and thus becoming a qualified member of the health care team. This application of knowledge, skills, and attitude is centered towards the provision of therapeutically effective community health nursing which is also anchored to the utilization of the nursing process as the basic foundation of clinical nursing practice. Terminal Competencies: Given 3 days of Community Health Nursing exposure at Pob. III, Tagbilaran City, the Level IV nursing students are expected to: Utilize the principles, theories, and concepts in community health nursing with regards to the provision of holistic care to their clients Exhibit professional nursing attitudes towards the community, family, and individual client Perform accurately nursing care and procedures to designated clients as well as their assigned tasks Intermediate Competencies After 3 days of community health nursing at Pob.
