Affidavit of Seller

I, Charles Shannon Adkins, resident of the State of Florida, affirm the following: On 2 Jan 2011, I sold Christopher S. Adkins (Christopher) my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee bearing VIN 1J8GW68J73C610826 (the Jeep) for $10.00. When I sold Christopher the Jeep on 2 Jan 2011, I did so knowing he would be unable to title, insure, or register the vehicle in his name within 30 days. Since 2 Jan 2011, I have voluntarily kept the Jeep titled, insured, and registered in my name in the State of Florida. I voluntarily consented to any delay between the sale of the Jeep and the official transfer of the Jeep into Christophers name. I wish Christopher to own and use the Jeep and to insure, title, and register it when and how he sees fit. Since 2 Jan 2011, neither the Jeep nor its official documents have been misplaced, mishandled, or misappropriated in any way.
