In the Matter of
INDIANA WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT,
Complainant,
V.

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR,

Respondent.

The above-entitled case was scheduled for hearing on Decem-

ber 6, 1994 at Indianapolis, Indiana. However, the hearing was
continued when I was informally advised by counsel that the
parties had reached a basis of settlement. Counsel for the
complainant, Mariana Richmond, confirmed the settlement on
December 2, 1994 by filing a motion to withdraw the request for
hearing. Complainant moves for a withdrawal of its request on
the grounds that it had agreed to pay the respondent $1,051.00,
which represents the only disallowed costs.
For cause shown, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to
withdraw the request for hearing of the complainant is granted
and this case is dismissed with prejudice.
