The following recommendations are based on the success of individuals who strictly complied with the lifestyle changes

necessary to give support to the body's natural defenses & repair (healing) mechanisms for it to recuperate and maintain optimal health.
1. Hydrate with Pi-Water. The average (sedentary) adult should be drinking at lease 1 gallon (128 ounces) of this "living" water daily. Using a 20 oz. glass, fill to at least 16 ounces and drink 3 glasses per meal (the 1st glass about 15 minutes before the meal; the 2nd glass during the meal, and the 3rd, 5 to 10 minutes after the meal). 2. Follow the R.A.V.E. Diet & Lifestyle a. No Refined carbohydrates. This means nothing made with white sugar (sucrose), high fructose corn syrup (the worst), white bread (anything made with wheat flour, not even whole wheat or whole grain bread), white rice, white tortillas, white potatoes, white anything! b. No Animal products. Anything with a face on it; no pork, beef, chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, butter, milk, etc. c. No Vegetable oils. No frying; not even with olive oil (except on salads but the "cold pressed" or "cold processed" labeled) d. NO EXCEPTIONS!! 3. What you can eat. a. All certified organic green leafy vegetables (half raw, half steamed; never boiled). b. All certified organic fruits, especially the non-sweet fruits. c. All certified organic vegetables (especially of different colors). In case of Type-II diabetes avoid

anything colored orange, for 2 weeks. Do steam carrots and broccoli; never boil! d. Rolled oats for oatmeal (not instant). e. Organic/fermented soy products (avoid non-organic soy). f. Organic soy milk, rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk. g. Good fat in avocados, walnuts, almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts; avoid eating too many peanuts. h. Herbal teas including green tea, oolang tea; maximum 2 cups of coffee per day. I. Unsweetened natural fruit juices. Use Stevia to sweeten things as needed. J. NO SODAS or DIET blKS!! k. Best fruit for diabetics....all the berries especially blue berries.
