De la Seora:
We spent these last two weeks doing the first unit in our Language Arts curriculum. The class is now beginning to read and its really fun watching them beginning to apply the letter sounds and vocabulary knowledge to texts. We also have begun to meet with fourth-grade book buddies. Every other Monday we spend 20 minutes reading with them. Check out some pictures on Facebook. It was such a pleasure to meet with you all for the conferences and to talk about your child. I am so very encouraged by their progress and their understanding.
