Stop the St. Louis County Smoking Ban!
A smoking ban has been proposed for St. Louis County that bans smoking in bars and restaurants yet, in violation the Special Laws Clause of the Missouri Constitution, specially exempts casinos. County Councilman Steve Stenger plans to cast the deciding vote for this unfair smoking ban, but he is wavering. Your calls, e-mails and attendance at the County Council hearings August 18th and 25th will change his mind. Please take action NOW! Tell Steve Stenger to vote down the smoking ban.
