The use of technology in our society is now everywhere; the requirement of society using it is very common. Using it from everything to school, our homes and our jobs. It is our mainstream for our communication; it is our gateway of knowledge, and of course it provides an endless harvest of entertainment. New Technology is also used to bring multiple things now that will also be included in our lives in different ways. Being that technology has brought us harm by creating different weapons that are more dangerous to us, including the development of these new technologies have contributed in the pollution of our planet. But technology has also brought us a way of being closer to each other, as well as making our household life with chores easier. But it also has made us lazier knowing that we dont do everything my hand anymore or if we do its just very little things. These are all just little examples of how technology has emerged and affected our lives. Though it has gotten societies far up in the sky by exploring more than just the world. It has gotten us closer to each other with just a simple device where we can Facetime each other anywhere.

Technology has brought new ways of doing things such as managing money by sending or receiving money, or doing businesses through online and mobile service devices from the comfort of our own home. It has made business more progressive, faster to make transactions but it has also given an easier chance for hackers to steal money from banks through online systems. In December 2012 online cyber bank robberies took place Stealing up to millions of dollars in private bank credit funds. Another factor of theft is personal identification theft, people who hack in to people accounts stealing there credit cards and social security as well as taking an identity that isnt theres. Such as last year it is estimated that 15 million residents in the U.S were victims of identity theft and in total usage of financial losses added to 50 billion dollars. So adding all this technology has given us the time to have more leisure time but it has brought more dangers to our identity and our money. Online interactions and social networks have made it possible for us to have easier multiple ways of communicating with our families and friends even the chance meeting new ones. As much as technology has brought us closer it has also been a danger to us. Cyber bullying has been a big problem with the evolutions of social networks by posting embracing post of people or videos. This behavior has caused kids that have been affected by it turn into suicide. Also another danger from social communications are online sex offenders, there are at least close to a million sex offenders registered in the United States. Much of them taking life interactions though online networks, and the fact that the majority of people have access to online communications it even brings danger to

children and it brings a danger to our communities. Over all technology is a great tool for communicating but it is a danger if we do not know whom we are communicating with or what we post could affect our personal lives and homes. Technology has brought us to being exposed to so many things that are posted online. Making everything that we think of now a very open minded world, and it locks us in to this world drawing us away from the moment of reality. A brain that is addicted to computers, changing the way we think and behave- killing our creativities and turning our brains into artificial computers and interrupting our lifes. But it evolves our brains to being able to process information easier, multitask and doing more at once and becoming more efficient with finding information. Also those who play multiple hours in video games seem to develop better visual activity. Though in a test created for the multitasking myth Mr. Ophir and his colleagues found that multitaskers did the worst job in the test that they ran compared with non-multitaskers. Including the fact that multitaskers took longer with switching tasks and differentiating vowels from consonants including odd from even numbers being that they were less efficient at judging problems. This proving that technology has done more damage to our brains than it has helped us progress and disproving certain myths. Soon this could be the reason why families become far from each other setting themselves apart and also becoming anti-social over time with society. So now the fact technology has affected our brains in a negative way more than a positive was with our mental health. Adding that these factors make us lazier and less productive over time.

The fact that we use technology everywhere we are and go and it locks us in because either we are doing work or we are entertained through it. Well because of it has affected our physical state of being causing higher chances of obesity. As it is argued in the article that was posted in the LA Times all we are doing is sitting staring at computers or come home and sit to watch television as well as playing video games. Having the factor that everything we do now involves technology interaction is makes everything just more based on having extra reasons to be on it. Having technology do things for us give us those luxuries of not doing it the old ways? Washing machines, a dishwasher, even robotic mops. It is the reason why we become less productive every day. In the business world it does create a more productive business cycle but it is the fact that we are making too much in so little time that over time will destroy our economy by over producing, which one thing we least think of. Technology has also caused the engineering of our foods, by adding artificial ingredients that replace real nutrient sources that we depend on. Technology has literally sabotage our food system and replaced it making it a fake food source that our body cannot use to give it the nutrience it needs. Combining these two issues obesity is more common now because our life and our food have been made into artificial things. Though these advancements in food technology have been made to stop world hunger it has not stopped world hunger it has though increased consumption making us even more obese. In combination it starts connecting on how technology has created health problems physically that being obesity.

The combination relationship with technology and education has one of the most effected issues that we are still arguing with parents, teachers, leading educators and researches. Being that technology is everywhere and schools are using it more and more the argument still is if we should replace books with tablets, and assigning students with their own iPads that the schools has gotten for each student for school use. Technology has made schoolwork easier but it has also distracted us while in class or over homework. Adding personal feedback because I am part of this generation and I do see it in my generation as well as myself I argue with giving each student a tablet for school. Even though it would help the reduction of trees being used for books we are still polluting our earth by producing these technologies. Including that every year newer and better devices emerge and schools will want to upgrade. Companies that produce those will want to pressure schools in getting there hands on them too, making more production and increasing pollution. Aside from that technology makes our brains lazier as argued earlier we will be dependents of technology and will not be able to perform alone when it is needed such as test taking. Though technology has made going to school more available by getting there degrees online but it has its counterparts. Cheating is made easier so meaning anyone can pass a class through an online course because they are not being monitored like in class; It also brings a anti-social environment. But it gives a chance to those who do not have much

time to go to class to get an opportunity to get an education though it contradicts the hands on experience that a classroom creates.

Technology has benefited our world in positive ways as much as negative ways. The most admirable thing that these advances have made is medical technology. It has made medical research more efficient and productive. Providing more answers, giving us more alternatives and given a second chance of life for people. The development of technological medicine has made it possible to find cures. Machines that keep people alive, that filter blood if needed to, even to just to monitor more of whats going on in their body. Technology and medicine have and became a very conjoint partner helping millions of people live. Though at it is argued these advances in medical technology have caused us to over overpopulate. But it has also brought us to meir destruction with the development of more effective destructive weapons such as the atomic bomb to start off with. At the end technology has made travel a faster leisure, made time efficient as well with the advancement of cars. Technology has benefited our society but it has also affected us in negative ways that affect our health, make our brains less productive and have made life more dangerous with the exposure of non-privacy. Even though improvements are being made to make technology safer new dangers will emerge so we can never get to comfy with what technology has to offer.
