Join a network of motivated, successful leaders.
The Harford Leadership Academy is designed to promote the development of existing and emerging leaders in the community to create a committed, involved and diverse network of leaders in Harford County. Since 1991, more than 750 leaders from business and industry, education, nonprofit, government and civic organizations have graduated from this Community Development Program sponsored by Harford Community College and the Harford County Chamber of Commerce.

Consider Harford Leadership Academy.
The Academy encourages the attendance of mid- to upper-level management personnel who: • have the goal of providing continued leadership in the community. • are interested in accepting new and rewarding challenges. • have demonstrated leadership skills and wish to learn more about Harford County. • may be new to the community and desire to become involved as leaders.

Friday’s dinner as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday are complimentary for program participants. After these opening sessions, the Academy will meet from 8 AM to 12 PM at various locations on 13 consecutive Wednesdays, beginning March 5. (No class March 26.) The Academy concludes on Wednesday, June 4. A graduation banquet will be held on Thursday evening, June 12, 2014 in the Chesapeake Center Dining Room at Harford Community College. The cost of the Academy is $675 per person, payable upon notification of acceptance. Enrollment is limited to 36 participants. Attendance is expected at all sessions including the opening Friday evening, the Saturday session, and the banquet, although two absences are permitted after the opening sessions.
