“Senator Patty Ritchie Celebrates Local Artists,” showcases local artists from Central and Northern New York with free public displays of artwork in the Senator’s district office locations in Oswego, Watertown and Ogdensburg. Featured artists are selected in collaboration with local arts organizations, and their works are meant to illustrate the depth of talent and beauty of this unique region of Upstate New York.
