My center researched and researched different observations and planning tools.

We combined the different tools to come up with our own. I use goal sheets or observation forms for informal observations for when I observe the children. I then look at my goals for each child and then plan activities to help promote this goals. I then place these activities on my lesson plans.

I start observing the children two to three days after they start my classroom.
