Research Design
The researchers used experimental design because the study was done by experiment. The researchers used varying data and variables in order to come up the expected results.

Research Locale
The study was done at Philippine Normal University. The following processes were involved during the study:
Hydrolysis Fermentation Filtration, and; Distillation The primary materials were bought at Pathagonian, Bambang.

Materials Needed
The materials used in the study were the following reagents:
Distilled Water (pH 7.0) Water (pH 9.7) 18 M H2SO4 8.5 M NaOH Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (Yeast) Hardwood sawdust Polysorbate 80 (Tween 80), and; 0.01 M Ca(OH)2
