UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF MINNESOTA Michael Brodkorb, Plaintiff, v. Minnesota Senate, Defendant. WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire, by execution hereof, to fully and finally resolve the subject matters of this action; WHEREAS, the Court issued a dismissal without prejudice of this action on October 29, 2013, in an order which provided that the parties could submit and file a stipulated form of final judgment; and NOW, THEREFORE, it is stipulated and agreed between the Plaintiff Michael Brodkorb and Defendant Minnesota Senate, that the above entitled action, may be, and hereby is dismissed with prejudice, without further costs to any party and that a judgment of dismissal with prejudice, and on the merits may be entered pursuant to this Stipulation and without further notice.
