Balmoral is a traditional pleasure cruise ship beautifully maintained and restored in 2004, with gleaming varnish & brass and timber decks. Designed in classical 1930s Art Deco style, she is British registered to carry 800 passengers. The ship boasts 2 comfortable lounge bars and an observation suite and a restaurant. Balmoral also has a passenger promenade deck and a souvenir shop. We offer full catering and bar facilities and can arrange these to suit your specific requirements. Balmoral has modern facilities with power, sound and communications systems. She can be decorated or branded with your company logos and corporate identity. In 2003, Balmoral had a million pound refit, which included new Grenaa engines and the refurbishment of public lounge areas. Balmoral is crewed by, experienced and friendly British Officers and European catering and deck crew. Our Captains, Pursers, Catering and Deck Crew are all skilled in providing the service to give you an enjoyable and memorable day afloat. Balmoral played host to Her Royal Highness Princess Anne in 2004. Balmoral is available for day, afternoon and evening hire from Ports and Piers around the UK Coastline. Private Hire allows you exclusive use of the ship to sail to and from the Pier of your choice, or to visit a special event. Lounge Hire allows your group exclusive use of an area on board one of our public sailings. ON BOARD ACCOMMODATION
Restaurant Balmorals Art Deco restaurant can comfortably seat 80 people at any sitting. Located on the main deck in the after end of the ship, you can watch the scenery slip by as you enjoy your meal. The restaurant can provide anything from a snack to a 3 course meal, accompanied by a selection of wines. Be served at your table or enjoy a buffet style menu. Our catering manager will help you choose the right menu for your needs.

Lower Bar The Lower Bar, designed in 1930s Art Deco style, can comfortably accommodate 120 people. The bar is fully stocked with wines, spirits, draught & bottled beer. We can, if required, serve a buffet in this room. Entertainment can also be provided.

Britannia Lounge Bar The Britannia Lounge, situated on the main deck, with windows running down either side of the room, can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people. This traditional lounge has a fully stocked bar, serving a selection of wines, spirits and beers. Entertainment and a full buffet service can be provided in this lounge, if required.

Observation lounge This lounge is ideal for small groups. Accommodating 40 passengers, it is located on the promenade deck and boasts windows all around, making it an ideal viewing platform. A mobile bar/catering service can be provided.
