HEALTH CARE

HR 3200
Politicians in Washington keep telling the American people that there is only one way to reduce health care costs, improve care, and provide coverage to the uninsured: by creating a government-run plan to “compete” with private insurance companies. Yet, it is also estimated that over half of all Americans will not get to keep their current health care coverage under the Administration’s plan. And according to Congressional Budget Office (CBO) estimates, Congress’ plans would increase the budget deficit by $239 billion over the next ten years. IN FACT, HR 3200 WILL: • Cost the American taxpayer over $1.5 trillion in the next 10 years • Give the Federal Government access to your personal medical records • Cripple small businesses by forcing them to provide coverage • Fine individuals who choose not to purchase health insurance • Could even prevent employees from switching health care coverage
