to sleep and work hard all night might be physically and mentally harmful. As a result, they could not concentrate during the exam. According David Buchholtz, different people need different amount of sleeping hours. He further says that using a lot of stimulants is not really helpful and even can cause the loss of concentration. The full energy can be restored with a full night sleep. However, students usually cannot sleep the night before the exam day because they feel anxious and worried. Also other students worry that they will oversleep before the final approaches, yet David Buchholts advises that they should not worry about this at all and should follow their regular sleeping habit as the greatest formula.
