Philosophy:
Children are the future. Students should be viewed as individuals with their own ways of learning. Teachers need to adapt to every learning style and level. Student success is the number one priority for a teacher. If the students do not succeed, the teacher has not succeeded. A teachers students are the leaders of tomorrow.
