ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE A PORTION OF NORTHEAST
31ST STREET FROM NORTHEAST 7TH AVENUE TO APPROXIMATELY 280 FEET WEST
OF NORTHEAST 7TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "An
