Should there be recess?

Do you think kids should have recess? Did you know that kids who participate in recess get more blood flow to the brain and tend to have better scores that ones that dont. Recess is very important to kids that are troubled and need time to release their energy to stay out of trouble. Students that have been separated by different classes can have a chance to converse about school. During recess students in different classes will have a chance to help each other with problems. Kids will have a motive to behave and get their work done. Teachers need the time away from their students to plan while watching them and preparing for the rest of the day. I believe that recess is vital in schools and has a broad benefit area. More teachers, parents, and school board members should strive for more recess at school and they will be increasing their childrens or students scores. Students will have a chance to converse with each other that are in different classes and taking that away will convince students to rebel and ditch school. Recess is like becoming unchanged to work and expectations, and recess it time to be free. 75% of schools keep recess not only because if its educational benefit but to let the students enjoy the school days and focus in class. Students in the same class mingle during recess so they wont need to talk throughout class. Dr. Barge state super intendant agrees to recess benefitting the school over all. If recess is taken from us, students will behave 10 times worse than with recess. Just like conversation, pupils can help each other in a subject or help them study for an upcoming test. One of the best teachers is a friend 65% of children that get help with subject by friend tend to exceed the CRCT. The schools overall average academically will raise a tremendous amount. Before a science test I go to my friend that is better in science then me and they help me study, in result of having Lauren help me study my science grades have increased by a lot. In addition to being able to have a conversation with other students and increasing grade scores it will help the students behave better. With less energy children become more sophisticated and focused and well behaved. It is a proven fact that kids with less energy are behaved better. Teachers will not want to quit because there children are not behaving because they didnt get recess. Well behaved students mean higher grades and better school averages. Aside from many people believing that recess isnt important, I know that recess is very vital to students and teachers. You might say that school education is more important than having

some time to rest and paly outside but taking away recess is touting the students to play around in class and not pay attention. Recess is making the students yell for someone to hit them or get hurt because all the careless running and recklessness of the playground! P.E is for running and exercising and exerting energy so recess is not needed. All these are reasons why society so no to recess. In P.E you exercise and get in trouble for talking because you didnt have recess. On the playground there is much room to run, play or even read. To conclude recess being necessary, students would have a chance to convers, study, and they would behave better and it has a broad benefit area. The students need recess so they can lower the need to talk in class. When students study with friends they always do better. Troubled students need the time to release their energy and behave better in class. Michelle Obama supports recess for students. Recess is very vital to the school overall, including grades, and behavior in class. Recess is very so needed and will benefit greatly.
