Student Assessments
The front end application will be displayed or housed in an iPad or Tablet. This sits on the devise as the entry point for assessors or facilitator on the day itself. Up on entry to the application the Assessors will see a number of icons each relating to the different functional areas.. The assessor or facilitator will select the functional area for which they are running the AC (example HR) Once selected they will be taken to the AC documents. These will be housed in a Content Management System which will be built in SharePoint. The documents themselves will be in the correct order of the AC. The Assessors will scroll through each task as you would flipboard. Assessors will need to write and we would like the option to type or use a stylus. Within the application there will also be an Admin function. The admin function is connected to the scoring sheets of each of the assessors And will consolidate all the marks given for each task real time. The Admin will also have access to the CMS and will be able to amend the documents or flow of the AC as required Candidates will not use the application.

Student Assessments
Scope: We currently have programs for: Finance, IT, Global Operations, Design, HR, Marketing, Assistant Product Managers, Innovation & Product Creation Each Assessment center usually has 4 tasks and the live interviews. All will open/ close with a video. All will also include intros & a run though of the agenda. This will all be housed in the SharePoint CMS We typically have 10-12 Assessors for the same amount of candidates
