Burger King is one the world's most famous Burger establishments.

The original Burger king logo was called the "Bun Halves" logo and was a simple logo featuring the company's name in red letter sandwiched between two bun halves. The original logo made its debuted in 1969 until it was replaced in 1999, but the new Blue Swirl logo. The new Burger King, Blue Swirl logo tilts the bun halves and the font on an axis, wraps the burger with a blue swirl, and has a more circular appearance.

The old Bun Halves logo Sirius Satellite Radio is one of two satellite radio services operating in the United States and Canada. Sirius provides multiple streams of music, sports, news and entertainment to listeners. The music streams are commercial free while the other entertainment has some commercials.

The Sirius logo accroding to the Sirius website has its origins in the astronomy and mythology. Sirius is the brightest star in the Northern Hemisphere which is a great name given the company is in satellite radio. Also, it was named after the ancient Egyptian god Osirus, who was represented pictographically as a dog. Thats the reason, the dog and the star are part of the logo and Sirius is also referred to as the Dog Star.

According to Wikipedia, the dog in the Sirius logo is unofficially named "Mongo", a name garnered from the debut of Sirius Satellite Radio’s sponsorship on Casey Atwood’s and later Jimmy Spencer’s NASCAR entry. I also subscribe to Sirius Radio and its really worth the money especially if you spend time in your car. They also have the Howard Stern Show, available exclusively on Sirius. Once you get

hooked onto this, you will stop listening to regular radio and it may even drop the amount of TV you watch

Canon is a world famous company, known to most consumers for their cameras. However the company is really a much bigger entity known for its office imaging products, computer peripherals etc. The current logo (shown on the left) consists of the text Canon in bright red. In 1933, the original company Precision Optical Instruments lab, named their new camera Kwanon, after the Buddhist God of Mercy. The original logo shown below included the image of Kwanon with 1,000 arms and flames. Once the company found success and a world-wide market, they had to come up with a universally acceptable name. The name Canon was born in 1935 and was a perfect transition from Kwanon. The, now well-known, American company Apple was the first computer firm not to use its name as its corporate identity. The idea of selling a computer under the name and image of a fruit was conceived by Californian Steve Jobs and his colleagues (even the word "Macintosh" is the name of an apple variety). The motif of a multicolored apple with a bite taken out of it is a reference to the Bible story of Adam and Eve, in which the apple represents the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge
