Gajar halwa

INGREDIENTS
8-10 medium carrots, grated 2 cups skimmed milk 10-15 sultanas ¼ cup grated khoya 3 tablespoons pure ghee ¼ teaspoon green cardamom powder ¼ cup Sugarfree Natura 10-12 istachios, blanched, peeled and sliced

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Heat the pure ghee in a non-stick kadai. Add the grated carrots and sauté for about five minutes. 2. Add the skimmed milk and cook. 3. Add the green cardamom powder, sultanas, Sugarfree Natura and mix. Cook for about ten to fifteen minutes. 4. Add the khoya and mix. Cook till the mixture is almost dry. Garnish with pistachios. 5. Serve hot or cold.
