Means of communication

By Devika Kundu IV Tulip

Earlier times means of communication and exchange of messages happened through human messengers or messages were sent through birdsespecially pigeons!!

Then came the Post and Telegraph We started depending on the postal department to send our messages to our near and dear ones

With the boom in technology we started moving towards rather new and inventive modes of communication. Such as telephone, fax, e-mail, SMS, MMS etc. The whole world became ONE.. Thanks to globalization!!

Internet has brought the whole world to become a global village. Sitting in any remote location you can have access to the whole world through your PC.

The other mean of communication is Mass Communication, where information is transmitted to the masses to absorb. Such as TV, Radio, Newspapers, Magazines and loud speakers etc.
