SUMMARY TEST RESULT

# Tensile Test for Weldment Reduced section as per material stated in AWS D1.1 ASTM A 106 Grade B : For Mechanical Properties is Acceptable

# Tensile Test for Material Transversal base on ABS Rule ( Maerial ABS EH 36 ) : is Rejected. # Tensile Test for Material Longitudinal base on ABS Rule ( Material ABS EH 36 ) : is Acceptable. # Bend Test : Face Bend , Root Bend, Side Bend ( Transversal material ) with material ASTM A 106 Grade B as per AWS D1.1 are Acceptable. # Bend Test : Face Bend Longitudinal and Root Bend Longitudinal with material ASTM A 106 Grade B are acceptable. # Hardness vickers and Macro test : as per material ASTM A 106 Grade B and with Acceptance Criteria for Hardness Vickers follow NACE MR 0175 Table A.1 and for Macrotest as per AWS D1.1 are Acceptable. # Charphy test for Material : ABS EH 36 Transversal and Longitudinal as per ABS rules are Acceptable. # Charphy test for Weldment ( WCL ), HAZ, BM with material ASTM A 106 Grade B are Rejected.

7. CONCLUSIONS : For mechanical properties of material as per ABS Rule Part 2 Transversal with ABS EH 36 is REJECTED because the Yield Strength material is below the Yield Strength Specified as perequired. For mechanical properties of welding qualification as per AWS D1.1 ( ASTM A 106 Grade B ) is ACCEPTED if (WPS qualified is mentioned NO Charphy V notch is required ). For mechanical properties of welding qualification as per AWS D1.1 ( ASTM A 106 Grade B ) is REJECTED if ( WPS qualified is mentioned Charphy V notch is required )
