1.Transistor Biasing

This is the diagram of PNP (BJT) bipolar junction transistor. Joining three semiconductor material sections, each with a different doping concentration forms a BJT. It has three emitter, base and collector. The electron current flowing into the collector through the base is substantially larger than that flowing into the base of the external circuit.

VBE = 0.7 V

## B.The diagram of Transistor using Simulation software (multism)

After the solution it was measured by multi-circle. To know the current value, have been measured between R1 and VBE and then I got on the value of 4.26mA IC's current value.

VCE has been measured above and below the VBE and he gave the voltage value 22.886mV as shown in the diagram.

## IC = 4.26mA VCE = 22.886V

C.Circuit Implementation

In this circuit diagram, it consists of four resistors and one transistor. It was built on the board to flow the current well as shown in figure.

## The circuit diagram of transistor

It is the diagram of giving the DC power voltage to the circuit together joining the multimeter. It need to adjust to get the 10 voltage .

The diagram of DC power value giving to the circuit It needs to used the jumper when measuring the value of the voltage . The voltage value of the circuit .

## The diagram of the voltage value from transistor circuit

The voltage value of the transistor circuit is 6.34V. The measurement of voltage are same when collector and emitter D. Discussion In this circuit, 10V DC current is used with the meter to measure. Voltage and current of the transistor But given the voltage value, and does not give the value of the current value. However, using the simulation software (multism), which shows both the current value and voltage.
