Sometimes, life can be like a Siput!
Being in the dark as though in a shell and caught up with your internal struggles and allowing the outside forces to mould and shape you. Can you imagine being clamped up, without realizing what your potentials truly are? Siput workshop is designed as part of a Leadership Development Program for young Executives, to create self-awareness and personal discovery out of their comfort zones, with the objective to identify and enhance their potential leadership talents. All executives need to be able to cope with change and thrive on it. They are required to deal with the process of change and accept it as a constant presence in their own work and workplace. Executives must learn how to take an objective look at their strengths, weaknesses and job preferences in order to improve performance and change the way they work for the better at a personal and professional level.

Workshop Outline: A 1-day workshop from 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. Key Behavioral Competencies: Being Optimistic, Seeking Challenge, Wants to Lead, Self-motivated, Takes Initiative, Open/Reflective, Enthusiastic, Self-acceptance and esteem Participants Learning Outcomes:  Increased motivation, self esteem and confidence  Improved intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships  Improved behavioral competencies for personal and professional growth  Managing work-related stress, feelings of anxiety, fear and negativity  Looking and taking on challenges as opportunities Target Participants & No. of participants: Young executives at junior level Management Maximum of 16 participants per workshop
