The things that you think become your reality. Choose a quality that resonates with you and affirm that you have that quality within. Repeat that for the duration.

In order to eat healthy you have to make conscious choices about your food. Write a list of all the healthy things you would like to eat and get them from your local market.

Lots of leafy greens blended with a little of your favorite fruit. Drink four to eight nutritious ounces every two hours to experience health and rejuvenation.

Take a thought or an object of attention and cognitively embody it. Internally repeat "I am ..." completing your sentence with a quality you want to embody.
