Ex-offenders and felons getting jobs in today's economy is very hard. I know because I work with some everyday. I wish there were some magic trick each one of them could learn that would easily allow them to find jobs, but unfortunately there is not. I meet ex-felons that feel they are excluded from society because they are routinely singled out for things that are in their pasts. As hard as they try to put the past behind them, the stigma of having a criminal record keeps them from getting jobs.
