Easy Basic Hummus

1(15 ounce) can chickpeas
2tbs fresh lemon juice
2tbs tahini
1 clove (1/2 if you want it milder) garlic, minced
¼ tsp salt

Drain the chickpeas reserving ¼ cup of the liquid. Rinse and drain the chickpeas lemon
juice tahini and garlic until smooth and creamy, salt to taste.
