: Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Piping Work, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Equipment Installation. : C11/028 RFQ-005 : WHEATSTONE PROJECT: The ISBL MODULE FABRICATION has been awarded by Bechtel International Inc. to Kencana HL Sdn Bhd (KHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad of Malaysia, ( as the EPC Subcontractor. Interested bidders for the project may be invited to become lower tier subcontractor for specific work trades. All work shall be carried out at the Lumut Fabrication Yard in Malaysia. Works carried out for this package will be based on Bill of Approximate Quantities (BOAQ) and the bidder will be paid based on actual quantity of work done based on Unit Rate in the BOAQ. All Work must comply with the Contract provisions between Kencana HL Sdn. Bhd and Bechtel International Inc.

Scope Of Work : Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection, Piping Work, Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) and Equipment Installation The bidder shall be responsible for: a) Structural steel fabrication and erection for all 45 modules approximately 65,000 tonnes in weight. b) Piping installation works for all 45 modules. The total length of pipe to be installed for this work is approximately 300 km (size up to DN2100) c) Electrical & Instrumentation works (E&I) for all 35 modules. d) Equipment installation works for all 35 modules. The Bidder shall provide all labour, equipment and tools for the works mentioned above. All works shall be executed as per the scope defined in the drawings and specifications.
