Pro*erl, @-alified and *ro*erl, committed teachin3 staff sho-ld be *rovided on the basis of a minim-m teacher st-dent ratio of 141!# Pharmac, instit-tions sho-ld have a fac-lt, develo*ment *lan and a career str-ct-re# Good teachers sho-ld be re+arded a**ro*riatel,# Teachers sho-ld be *rovided +ith ade@-ate s-**ort staff and e@-i*ment incl-din3 access to com*-ters# Pharmac, instit-tions sho-ld develo* or3aniCed teacherBs e)chan3e *ro3rams +ith other *harmac, instit-tions at home and abroad# Trainin3 *ro3rams for teachers sho-ld be com*-lsor,# All the fac-lt, members m-st have a first de3ree in Pharmac, and a valid re3istration +ith the Pharmac, Co-ncil# The instit-tion shall allocate s-itable f-nds for enablin3 their *ermanent fac-lt, members to attend at least t+o scientific moots in ,ear in the relevant fields for the *-r*ose of 9Contin-ed 6d-cation; +ithin the co-ntr, or abroad= "0uca ion?
