ROMÂNIA
Romania is situated in the southeastern part of Central Europe and shares borders with Hungary to the northwest, Serbia to the southwest, Bulgaria to the south, the Black Sea to the southeast, Ukraine to the east and to the north and the Republic of Moldova to the east. Roughly the size of Oregon, Romania is the second largest country in the area, after Poland. Romania offers a rich tapestry of tourist attractions and vacation experiences unique in Central-Eastern Europe: medieval towns in Transylvania, the world-famous Painted Monasteries in Bucovina, traditional villages in Maramures, the magnificent architecture of Bucharest, the romantic Danube Delta, fairy-tale castles, the Black Sea resorts, the majestic Carpathian Mountains, spas and much more.

BACĂU
Bacău is the main city in Bacău County, Romania. It covers a land surface of 41 km², and, as of January 1, 2009, has an estimated population of 177,087. The city is situated in the historical region of Moldavia, at the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains, and on the Bistriţa River (which meets the Siret River about 8 kilometres (5 miles) to the south of Bacău). The Ghimeş Pass links Bacău to Transylvania. The city is about 300 km North of Bucharest. It is served by Bacău International Airport which provides daily direct links with the Romanian cities Bucharest and Timişoara, and international links with 11 cities in Italy and Germany. Bacau air traffic control centre is one of Europe's busiest, as it handles transiting flights between the Middle and Near East and South Asia to Europe and across the Atlantic. Bacău has a public university and several colleges. Two major Romanian poets, George Bacovia and Vasile Alecsandri were born here. The "Mihail Jora" Athenaeum and a Philharmonic Orchestra are located here, as well as the "G. Bacovia" Dramatic Theater and a Puppet Theater. Around Christmas every year, a Festival of Moldavian Winter Traditions takes place, reuniting folk artists from all the surrounding regions. The exhibition "Saloanele Moldovei" and the International Painting Camp at Tescani, near Bacau, reunite important plastic artists from Romania and from abroad. The local History Museum, part of the Museum Complex "Iulian Antonescu" has an important collection of antique objects from the ancient Dacia.

1. “CĂLUŞEII” Tipul jocului: joc modern de mişcare cu text si cântec . Vârsta copiilor: 6-7 ani; Numărul de participanţi: 6 -20; Perioada de desfăşurare: 20 minute; Locaţia: in sala de clasă sau în aer liber; Materiale auxiliare: banderole cu însemne pentru cai. Obiective: coordonarea mişcărilor în funcţie de textul cântecului şi cu ritmul melodiei, aranjare în perechi şi mers în cerc câte unul. Regulile jocului: Participanţii merg în cerc, încet, la început, şi apoi, din ce în ce mai repede, iar la schimbarea melodiei se iau de mâini câte doi, se învartesc şi in final se aşează faţă în faţă, ghemuit. Se repetă de mai multe ori. În timp ce se mişcă, copiii cântă urmatoarele versuri: “Hai să mergem binişor Că vin căluşeii Copiii merg încet, în cerc. Şi sunt iuţi ca zmeii. Haideţi cu grăbire, Şi dintr-o ochire Copiii merg mai repede. Să alegem căluţul cel mai sprintenel. Ce frumos noi ne-nvârtim Dacă bine nu ne ţinem, Copiii se învârtesc în perechi Pe jos ne trezim.” şi se aşează ghemuit.

1. “THE HORSES” The type of the game: modern; moving game with melody and lines. The age of the children: 6-7 years old; The number of participants: 6 -20; The duration: 20 minutes; The place where it can be played: in the classroom or in the open- air; Auxiliary materials: paper crowns around the children‟s head imitating the horses‟ mare; Objective: getting the children‟s ability of coordination between the lines of the text, the melody rhythm, walking in circle and in pairs; The Rules of the Game: The participants walk in a circle, slowly, at the beginning, and then faster and faster, and at the moment when the rhythm of the song changes, they find a partner, they turn around on the spot and sit down. These movements are repeated more times. While they are moving, the children sing the following lines: “Let‟s walk slowly „Cause the horses are coming (The children walk slowly in a circle) And they are as fast as dragons. Let‟s move faster And at once glance (The children walk faster.) We can choose the fastest horse of all. We are going round And if we don‟t hold our hands (The children find their pair and sit We can find ourselves down.” down on their knees.)

2. “PODUL DE PIATRĂ”
Tipul jocului: tradiţional; joc de mişcare cu text şi cântec . Vârsta copiilor: 5-6 ani; Numărul de participanţi: 10 -20; Perioada de desfăşurare: 15 minute; Locaţia: în sala de clasă sau în aer liber; Obiective: formarea deprinderii copiilor de coordonare psiho-motrică (mişcare, text, muzică). Regulile jocului: Numărul participanţilor trebuie să fie par, deoarece se joacă pe perechi. Asezaţi faţă în faţă, copiii işi prind mâinile sus, “construind podul”. 2. “LONDON BRIDGE”

The type of the game: traditional; moving game according to melody and lines. The age of the children: 5-6 years old; The number of participants: 10 -20; The duration: 15 minutes; The place where it can be played: in the classroom or in the open- air; Auxiliary materials: CD and cassette recorder playing the song; Objective: - getting the children‟s ability of coordination between movements, lines and music. The Rules of the Game: The number of the participants must be even because the children are playing in pairs. Standing face to face, they hold their hands, up in the air, “building the bridge”. 3. “DACĂ VESEL SE TRĂIEŞTE”
Tipul jocului: tradiţional; gesturi pe muzică si versuri. Vârsta copiilor: 4-5 ani; Numărul de participanţi: 6 -20; Perioada de desfăşurare: 10 minute; Locaţia: în sala de clasă sau în aer liber; Obiective: - dezvoltarea sentimentului de dragoste, bucuria de a trăi copilăria, cu specificul ei (joc, basm, vis); - formarea deprinderii copiilor de a-şi coordona mişcările în colectiv şi de a le efectua în ritmul melodiei şi conform textului. Regulile jocului: Copiii sunt aşezati în cerc. Ei execută mişcările indicate de versurile cântecului, cât mai corect, expresiv : “Dacă vesel se trăieşte, bate aşa (se bate din palme), Dacă vesel se trăieşte, bate aşa (se bate din palme), Dacă vesel se trăieşte, unul altuia zâmbeşte, Dacă vesel se trăieşte, bate aşa.” Educatoare: Bârgăoanu Daniela Buruiană Ştefania Director: Zota Dorina

3.“IF YOU’RE HAPPY” The type of the game: traditional; gestures with melody and lines. The age of the children: 4-5 years old; The number of participants: 6 -20; The duration: 10 minutes; The place where it can be played: in the classroom or in the open- air; Objectives: - getting the feeling of love and joy of being a child, with its symbols (game, fairy-tale, dreams); - getting the ability of children to coordinate the movements of a group with the rhythm of the melody and according to its lines. The Rules of the Game: The children are standing in a circle. They all perform some gestures that are indicated by the lines of the song, as correctly as possible and at the same time, singing the following lines: “If you‟re happy and you know it, clap your hands, If you‟re happy and you know it, clap your hands, If you‟re happy and you know it and you really want to show it, If you‟re happy and you know it, clap your hands.”

4. “RĂŢUŞTELE”; Tipul jocului: modern; joc de miscare cu text si cântec . Vârsta copiilor: 4-5 ani; Numărul de participanţi: 10 -20; Perioada de desfăşurare: 15 minute; Locaţia: în sala de clasă sau în aer liber; Materiale auxiliare: - CD, radio- casetofon. Obiective: formarea deprinderii copiilor de coordonare psiho-motrică (mişcare, text, muzică). Regulile jocului: Copiii sunt aşezati pe patru rânduri şi interpretează mişcări sugerate de textul cântecului. “Rătuştele mele pe apă s-au dus, Stau cu capu-n apă si codiţa-n sus, Rătuştele mele înoată în iaz, Dau din aripioare şi fac mare haz, După atâta joacă, foamea a venit, Şi pornesc grăbite drept la pescuit, Au mâncat mult peşte şi s-au săturat, Una după alta spre casă au plecat, Mergând către casă ele măcăiesc, Stau apoi la umbră şi se odihnesc.” Educatoare: Matei Anisoara Drug Andreea Director: Zota Dorina

4.“THE DUCKS”
The type of the game: modern; moving game with melody and lines. The age of the children: 4- 5 years old; The number of participants: 10 -20; The duration: 10 - 15 minutes; The place where it can be played: in the classroom or in the open- air; Auxiliary materials: a CD, a cassette- recorder. Objective: getting the ability of coordination between gestures, dance and song. The Rules of the Game: The children are standing in four rows. While the cassette- recorder is playing, the children are performing certain gestures or movements, using their bodies and arms, gestures, expressing the ducks‟ swimming. “My little ducks are going away on the water, And they have their head under the water and the little tail up, They‟re swimming in a pond, And they are waving their wings, having fun, After so many games they are very hungry And they are in a hurry to get some fish. After eating so much, they are going home, Making a lot of noise on the road.”

5.“SĂ FIM PRIETENI”
Tipul jocului: modern, joc de socializare Vârsta copiilor: 3-4 ani; Numărul de participanţi: 6 -20; Perioada de desfăşurare: 10-15 minute; Locaţia: în sala de clasă sau în aer liber; Materiale auxiliare: o floare naturală, melodia interpretată la pian. Obiective: - integrarea copiilor intr-un joc de grup; - preluarea cu uşurinţă a rolului. Regulile jocului: Copiii formează un cerc. Unul dintre ei, ţinând în mână o floare, încearcă să-şi găsească un prieten, mergând prin faţa copiilor din cerc, în timp ce aceştia cântă: “Colind grădiniţa Prieten să-mi găsesc O floare minunată In dar să-i dăruiesc”. 5. “LET’S BE FRIENDS”
The type of the game: modern; socializing game. The age of the children: 3- 4 years old; The number of participants: 6 -20; The duration: 10 - 15 minutes; The place where it can be played: in the classroom or in the open- air; Auxiliary materials: - a natural flower; - a song played on the piano. Objective: integrating little children in a group game. The Rules of the Game: The children are standing in a circle. One of them, holding a flower, tries to find a friend, walking in circle, in front of the classmates, while they are all singing: “I‟m walking through the kindergarten, To find a friend, And a wonderful flower I could give him as a gift.”
