Job Purpose: Assistant Professor develops and implements curricula in order to prepare students adequately for the challenges presented within all aspects of the HRM field and in future. In order to keep up with the current needs of HRM and future needs, professor revise their programs where and when necessary. Duties & Responsibilities:              Evaluate and grade students and give feedback to class work, assignments, and papers. Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction. Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts. Maintain student attendance records, grades, and other required records. Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions. To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques. To supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements. Advise students on academic and vocational curricula, and on career issues. Conduct research in a particular field of knowledge, and publish findings in professional journals, books, and/or electronic media. Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues. To be responsible for dealing with referred issues for students within own educational programs. To act as personal tutor, giving first line support to students. To provide a healthy and comfortable working environment, smoking is prohibited throughout the university, except in specially designated areas.

Education:

PhD in relevant field "Or" Master’s degree (foreign) "Or" M.Phil. (Pakistan) "Or" equivalent degrees awarded after 18 years of education as determined by the HEC in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Experience:

If Ph.D. is done then no experience required but in case of other. 4-years teaching/research experience in a recognized university or a post graduation Institution or professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International organization.

Skills            Effective teaching design and delivery Highly effective oral and written communication skills, to convey conceptual and complex ideas and information Computer proficiency in word processing, e-mail and internet use, and spreadsheets etc. Variety of knowledge about different Subjects General Knowledge Conflict management of student affairs
