"o such certificates shall be acce$ted at any later Stage. G. 8he domicile once claimed and acce$ted by the Commission for the $ur$ose of admission to an examination, no change 9ill be allo9ed at a subse:uent examination or selection. G2. 8he domicile claimed by a candidate and acce$ted by the #overnment at the time of entry into #overnment service shall be treated as final throughout hisMher service career and no subse:uent change in hisM her domicile 9ill be recogni;ed for the $ur$ose of terms and conditions of hisMher service including hisMher allocation and liability to transfer. Candidates are cautioned that if an a$$lication 9hich is not signed and or is received incom$lete or 9rongly filled in and is not accom$anied 9ith any of the documents mentioned in sub=$aragra$hs *i- to *vii- of $orn () of the 2nstructions to Candidates it 9ill be summarily re%ected and no a$$eal against its re%ection 9ill be entertained. '. Caution= candidate 9ho kno9ingly furnishes any $articular 9hich is false, or su$$resses material information or attem$ts to influence the Commission, officers or members of the staff of the Commission or to obtain su$$ort for hisMher candidature by im$ro$er means, or deliberately submits forged certificates or tam$ers 9ith the entries in hisMher age and educational certificates, or misbehaves in the examination hall or uses unfair means or found guilty ofC misconduct during medical and '. '. tests may be dis:ualified for this andMor subse:uent examinationsMselections held by the Commission or criminally $rosecuted and debarred from em$loyment under #overnment. ns9er $a$ers in all the sub%ects 4f examination are secret documents and cannot, candidate

therefore, be $ermitted to be seen by the candidates or their re$resentatives nor re= examination of ans9er booksMscri$ts is allo9ed under any circumstances desirous of getting of hisMher marks, a9arded by the examiners re=counted may submit his re:uest for the $ur$ose 9ithin one month from the date of issue of result cardMmarks sheet along 9ith a 8reasury Challan of Rs. (BBM= $er $a$er as fee for re=checking re= counting marks only 8hereafter, no such re:uest 9ill be entertained. 2G. 8he ns9er books of the Candidates 9ill be retained in the office of the &ederal Public Service Commission for one year only and thereafter the same 9ill be destroyed. Candidates are, therefore, cautioned that any :uery relating to their ns9er books should be made 9ithin the s$ecified $eriod thereafter, no re:uest in this regard 9ill be entertained. G. 8he candidates are cautioned that 9rong selection of sub%ects 9ill lead to summary re%ection under Para A *2'- and no a$$eal 9ill be entertained against this re%ection. Success in the examination confers no right to a$$ointment. $$ointments 9ill be made only after the #overnment is satisfied, after such in:uiry as may be necessary, that the candidate is suitable in all res$ects for a$$ointment to the Public Service and sub%ect to the availability of vacancies.
