This is a license agreement between you and the computer manufacturer or software installer that distributes Windows 8.1 with your computer; if you first obtain this software as an update to Windows 8 via the Windows tore, this is an agreement between you and Microsoft !orporation "or, based on where you live, one of its affiliates# instead.
