Free eBook covers how learning has evolved and how social media--blogs, wikis, social networks, etc.--can be used to create a whole new level of learning experience: Learning 2.0. Also talks about challenges this may represent for organizations. Very good intro for newbies. Good tool for experts in social media to use to teach others.
