TheneachplayertakestheSideBetdeckassociatedwiththeirfactionandplacesitnexttotheir Shooters. PlacethethreePointtrackdeckplatesinthecenterofthetablealongwiththeDecoy,Lookout andPointtracktokens. ShuffletheGrubDeckandsetitasidewithinreachofallplayers. ShuffletheGambleDeckanddeal5cardstoeachplayer.
