Three paragraph essay on Synergy Teams

Process:
Our process for our Synergy Team was to have everything
be organized.
We wanted to make sure that we all had a important job so
we would all get a good grade. So first we filed out of action
plan. I brought all the supplies. And we all worked on the
instructions together. We also wanted to make sure one
peson was doing the whole center.

Action Plan:
Our action plan was first to decide and to make sure that
everyone had a job. We all had to promise to try and stay
focused and to be there at school as much as we could to
work on this project. Then we made the instructions for
snowball and how much time would be for each thing.
Because we wanted to have enough time to do our chant.

Experience:
My overall experience was pretty goood. I thought we all
worked together as a team and got everything done. We
also did good with time, By making sure we got our chant
done with each team. I had a goof time with my team and
the sixth graders as well! I learned how to take charge, and
how to give instructions, and that a teachers job is not all
that easy.. 
