Acupoint 03 Two thumb widths above the outside of the wrist, lined up with the middle finger.

Acupoint 02 LU-7 located on the wrist two fingers below the base of the thumb. Also useful for cold, cough headache, hiccups, chest pain, wrist and elbow problems. etc. Two thumb widths from the largest crease on the inside wrist; the point is between the tendons in the middle of the wrist.

Acupoint 10 Just behind the thumbnail, on the side opposite the fingers The point is known as LI-4 located on the hand on the web of the thumb and index finger. Useful for headaches, back pain, eye problems, cold etc. Acupoint 01 Squeeze thumb and forefinger together, forming a ridge above the thumb; the point is in the middle of that ridge, just above the end of the crease formed by thumb and forefinger; good for most problems from the waist up. Acupoint 12 On the largest crease of the inner wrist, on a line with the thumb. LU-9 (Very Great Abyss) On the largest crease of the inner wrist, on a line with the thumb. To increase the effectiveness of this point, combine it with SP-6 or ST-36. Used for grief, feelings of loss and longing, spiritual emptiness, many regrets. Also can be used for moistens skin, and for cough and asthma. On the middle of the palm-side of the wrist, in the depression between the two tendons,

on or just below the crease of the wrist. move your finger in counterclockwise direction over this point. Warning: Don`t use when weak or low on energy. Heals effects on the body of too much joy or emotion. Also diminishes nervousness. P-6 located on the inner side of the forearm, three fingers below wrist joint. Useful for arm problems, asthma, feet problems, migraine, low blood pressure, sleeplessness, vomiting, restlessness, rheumatism, shoulder problems, sweating, wrist problems. border="1">H-9 is at root of the nail on the little finger (left or right).Activate this point any time when discomfort is felt on the chest.
