Leather Bottle Vase

While this project is easy, it can be very time-consuming. When completed, your bottle will have a faux leather look. You might choose a "brown" look, but experiment with other colors as well.

Materials: Bottle or vase Masking tape Shoe polish Rag

Steps: Bottle. Clean and dry the bottle thoroughly. Tape. Using small pieces of masking tape, cover the bottle. Polish. Using the polish, cover the entire bottle. Be sure to work the polish into the tape.

Option. For variety, you can add pieces of printed materials such as sheet music or book pages to break up the masking tape. You can also embellish with markers, strings and beads, etc.
