Queuing at the DMV

Problem Statement
Long Waiting Times at the DMV wastes time
for people.
Leaves people visiting the DMV an
unpleasant and time consuming endeavor
To increase the quality of the queuing
system inside the DMV.

Proposed Solution
Increase the number of kiosks
Increase the services kiosks can provide

By doing this, we decrease the traffic inside the DMV


location and can therefore subtract this number of
people.
Add one more channel
One extra employee
